Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting experience required.
Responsibilities
- Apply wet paint and powder coat finishes to metal components and assemblies.
- Prepare paint mixtures and production materials as required.
- Maintain consistent paint quality and production efficiency.
- Detect and correct basic finish defects and inconsistencies.
- Identify visible paint defects such as runs, sags, or insufficient coverage.
- Work efficiently within production timelines and schedules.
- Perform basic cleaning of paint guns and paint booths at the end of each shift.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all paint procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support overall paint department workflow and production needs.
