Job summary

Global Thermoforming is seeking an experienced Painting Technician to join our manufacturing team in Tempe, AZ. We want someone with industrial painting experience who understands the complete painting process from surface preparation and paint mixing to spray application, finishing and quality inspection.

You will prepare parts, mix paints, operate spray guns, apply finishes, inspect for defects, and maintain equipment and inventory. This is a Monday–Friday daytime shift.

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience painting plastic parts or in a plastic molding/thermoforming setting is a strong plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plastic parts for painting through sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Operate spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Apply paint and coatings to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain paint guns and related equipment, and track inventory.
• Follow safety, ventilation, and environmental procedures.
