Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience preferred.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours per day.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and wear a full paint suit.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Paint parts to an acceptable standard.
• Perform viscosity testing and adjust paint as needed.
• Document procedures and use the MSDS book.
• Change fluid filters and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and assist in troubleshooting paint operations.
• Rework any paint defects promptly and stay detail-oriented.
