Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an Industrial Painter to join the Manufacturing Team. The role involves preparing, coating, and finishing metal components in a light industrial fabrication environment, including operating spray guns and spray foam equipment.

Shifts include 1st (6:00am-4:30pm) and 2nd (4:00pm-2:30am) with overtime as needed. Training begins in High Point, NC, with relocation to a new facility in Asheboro, NC. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Industrial/Automotive painting experience a plus.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paint surfaces.
• Mix paint.
• Operate and maintain industrial paint booths.
• Operate and maintain spray guns and other equipment.
• Apply spray foam insulation.
• Maintain spray foam equipment.
• Use respirator daily during work activities.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• RCRA, HAZWOPER certifications a plus.
• Auto body painting experience a plus.
