Job summary

The Advance Group is seeking Industrial Painters in Inkster, MI. Join a fast-growing manufacturing team with overtime opportunities and hands-on painting responsibilities, including setup, operation of spray guns, booths, and ovens, and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.

Candidates should have experience in powder coating and wet painting, and be able to perform occasional heavy lifting; standard hours are weekdays with overtime and some Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

• Experience with powder coating and wet painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material for painting.
