Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking an Industrial Painter for a full-time, on-site role at a local metal fabrication facility. The position involves surface prep, applying paints and coatings, and operating spray equipment.

Automotive painting experience is a plus, with a paint test to confirm proficiency. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with overtime possible; pay ranges from $24–$27 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years of industrial painting experience.
• Automotive painting experience preferred.
• Pass a paint test.
• Familiarity with different coatings and surface prep techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to surfaces per specs.
• Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and other painting equipment.
• Inspect finished work for quality and defects.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and ventilation.
