Industrial Painter - Hyper Drive 1st Shift

Description: Ranew's Companies is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team in Waterloo, IA. Industrial painters apply paint and other coatings to various materials and surfaces, working as part of a team. We are looking for candidates with real industrial coating experience, including Liquid Spray or Powder Coat.

Location: Waterloo, IA
Salary: $16 - $23 / hour (based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Primary Responsibility: Painting and coating surfaces.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Prepare paints by measuring viscosity, thickness, and gloss using appropriate equipment, and mixing compounds based on chemistry knowledge.
  • Apply paint using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes, selecting the best tools for primers, pre-finishes, and finishing coats. Use protective gear as necessary.
  • Clean work areas and dispose of hazardous chemicals following safety guidelines.
