Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters for projects located in the Morris, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience, preferably with spray painting.
• Hands-on experience with poly applications.
• Ability to operate a Graco electrostatic spray gun.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Spray industrial tanks inside a paint booth with a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Apply poly coatings using proper techniques.
• Operate Graco electrostatic spray gun confidently and effectively.
• Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and coating defects.
• Maintain consistent coating thickness and quality throughout painting.
• Follow proper painting procedures and maintain a safe workspace.
