The role involves preparing parts, applying primers and coatings, operating paint booths, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Temp-to-hire with starting pay of $18.00 per hour and potential to rise to $20.00 per hour after permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and assemblies for painting.
• Apply primers and industrial paint coatings to a variety of products.
• Operate and maintain paint booths, spray equipment and related tools.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Assist with material handling and lift up to 80 pounds as needed.
• Work with the production team to meet quality and production goals.
