Job summary

L&H Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter in Reading, PA. The role focuses on priming and painting sign components, including two-part urethanes, color matching, and QA.

You will prepare parts for painting and assist in material selection and storage, reading plans to ensure accurate execution. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume manufacturing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.

L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Priming and painting sign components, spray two-part urethanes, color matching & QA
• Prepare components for painting. Including sanding, taping and minor repairs to ensure smooth paint finish
• Advise in the selection and storage of painting materials
• Read, comprehend, and work from plans

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment is required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
• Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
• Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed
