Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
• Apply coatings using a variety of methods, including brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and identify imperfections requiring correction.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production goals while maintaining high standards for quality and workmanship.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
• Industrial painting experience preferred.
• Powder coating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE.
