Job summary

Caterpillar's South Milwaukee, WI facility is seeking an Industrial Paint Specialist to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare, prime, and apply coatings to parts, sub‑assemblies, and complete machines, ensuring quality and durability.

In this role you will operate spray booths, mix paints, adjust viscosity, and maintain paint equipment, while following safety and quality standards to meet specification. This position offers 2nd or 3rd shift and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
