McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc., part of Oshkosh Corporation, is seeking a Paint Process Assistant to prep refuse bodies for painting. You will wash, mask, sand, and help maintain quality throughout the paint process, using common shop tools and equipment in a team-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $20–$24.70/hour based on experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision from day 1, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement up to $10k per year, and a company bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all safety and compliance regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred in some roles.

Responsabilités

• Wash, clean, and wipe down vehicles to be painted.
• Remove and replace components as required for painting and sanding.
• Mask, paper, or grease components when appropriate.
• Operate necessary equipment (dual action sander, electric lifts, etc.).
• Perform minor bodywork and maintain vehicle condition through the paint process.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Wash, clean, and wipe down vehicles to be painted

• Perform minor bodywork and maintain condition of vehicle or component through the entire paint process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow all safety and compliance regulations

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of applicable position experience
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Experience using hand tools
