Job summary

Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI, is seeking a hands-on material prep worker to ready wagons and parts for blasting and painting. You will walk the yard, follow supervisor lists, prep wagons, coordinate with loading, and maintain paperwork.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong safety practices, reliability and mechanical aptitude. Shift is 1st, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with benefits after 500 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Walk the yard at shift start and end to identify work available for the shop.
• Prep wagons for the blasters and stay ahead of the workflow.
• Assemble paperwork packets for each wagon and ensure accurate tracking.
• Direct other bays for spools/parts as needed and maintain organization of prints.
• Perform safety checks and conduct conductivity tests when applicable.
