Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA seeks a reliable Paint Lab Technician to support paint formulation and quality processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves mixing paints, chemicals, and additives to produce industrial coatings that meet client specifications for pipeline applications.

The position is day-shift, with start as early as 4:00 AM and finish as late as 6:00 PM; standard hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Candidates should be flexible to production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial coatings, paint manufacturing, or laboratory environments.
• Hands-on experience mixing paints, chemicals, and additives.
• Ability to follow client specifications, formulas, and QC standards.
• Knowledge of color matching and lab QC processes (preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and basic computer/math skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours based on production needs.
