Job summary

Cognizant's Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services Practice seeks an experienced OT Security Analyst to assess and strengthen cybersecurity across industrial sites in the Americas. You will map OT assets, evaluate networks, and help close security gaps while coordinating with IT, OT, and Network teams.

The role emphasizes OT reference architectures, asset inventories, and segmentation planning, with a focus on safety constraints and production impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IC CS/OT Security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of industrial network architecture and OT security principles.
• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82.
• Familiarity with OT monitoring platforms such as Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi Networks.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred; relevant certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT site security assessments, building inventories of assets, topology, connectivity, and controls.
• Assess sites against OT Reference Architecture and document gaps and improvements.
• Support OT network segmentation by reviewing zones, conduits, and firewall needs.
• Analyze OT network traffic and telemetry to support segmentation and security assessments.
• Collaborate with Network teams on segmentation and firewall guidance.
• Support sensor placement, pre-cutover and post-cutover monitoring for Tier 1 sites.
• Assess new sites for security gaps and coordinate monitoring and sensor deployment.
• Maintain risk registers, findings, remediation actions, and evidence with closure tracking.
• Coordinate with plant IT, OT, engineering, and Threat Detection teams within safety and production constraints.
