Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Network Engineer to join our CSI Practice. You’ll work with industry experts to deliver high‑quality industrial network solutions for manufacturing facilities, from design through commissioning and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of related experience in manufacturing or networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/ computer engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Ability to configure Rockwell/Cisco switches and Cisco CLI.
• Industrial/manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Implement industrial networks, primarily for manufacturing facilities.
• Deliver full project lifecycle: design, validation, commissioning, sign-off, troubleshooting.
• Audit, specify, design, test, and implement industrial networks.
• Design solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Create network diagrams/documentation for design, planning, and procurement.
• Create BOMs for network hardware, cabling, and connectors.
• Provide direction to installers and on-site staff for installation.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to client relationships and project outcomes daily.
