Job summary

Continental is seeking a Multi-Craft Technician in Ohio to perform maintenance and electrical repair of machines, power house, buildings, and grounds. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, wiring, lubrication, welding, and preventive maintenance across plant operations.

The role requires reading blueprints, using electrical instruments, tool ownership, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts on day/night rotations. Starting pay listed is $41.65 per hour with safety focus and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must read and write legibly.
• Experience in industrial or major machine maintenance and electrical work.
• Able to use hand and power tools and supply own set.
• Able to climb and work in high places.
• Willing to work various shifts and weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of machines.
• Constructing, installing, maintaining and removing machinery and equipment used in plant operations.
• Perform lubrication and lubrication scheduling for plant equipment.
• Maintain lighting and electrical systems up to 480V.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams and document activities.
