Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an Industrial Motor Technician in Glendale, AZ to repair, test, troubleshoot, and refurbish industrial motors and related equipment. The role supports manufacturing and automation environments, with a hands‑on emphasis on problem solving and quality workmanship.

You will perform component‑level repairs, use oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools, and document repairs. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and occasional

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience repairing motors, industrial equipment, automation products, robotics, or electronic systems preferred.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshoot, and refurbish industrial motors, servo motors, and electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Perform component‑level electronic and electro‑mechanical repairs using industry‑standard troubleshooting techniques.
• Disassemble, diagnose, repair, and reassemble motors with precision.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and reliability testing.
• Replace bearings, encoders, and other components as needed.
• Test devices with oscilloscopes, drives, and motion control systems.
• Document repairs and update tracking notes in company systems.
• Communicate repair status and issues to supervisors and team members.
