Job summary

Jarex Enterprises LLC in Lansdale, PA is seeking a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment associated with heat treating including vacuum furnaces and conveyors. Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems understanding.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or GED; technical schooling or apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring electrical components are connected and functioning; read blueprints and diagrams.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and repair or replace defective parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders to modify or fabricate parts.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff as needed.
