Qualifications

• Proven experience as Industrial Millwright or similar in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble new machinery per specs and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues; replace defective parts.
• Align and calibrate gears, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
• Lubricate equipment to reduce wear and tear.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Use predictive maintenance techniques to identify issues early.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operators, and engineers to improve reliability.
