Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Millwright) to install, commission, upgrade, maintain and repair multi‑million dollar food production equipment.

You will work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime, follow GMP and safety guidelines, and collaborate with QA and production. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred; strong mechanical and electrical skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• High attention to detail and a strong mechanical intuition.
• Fluent English, and able to communicate across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial food manufacturing equipment including fryers, ovens, packaging machines, and control systems.
• Lead or support installation and hooking up of new equipment and process upgrades.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance plans and document activities, responding to emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with QA, production, and approved vendors to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality.
