TEMPO Employment Services in Ashland, ME seeks an experienced Millwright for a full-time rotating shift (days 5:00 AM–5:00 PM; nights 5:00 PM–5:00 AM). Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings.
• Repair or replace belts, pulleys, conveyors, gears, bearings, pumps, and hydraulics.
• Ensure machine alignment, balancing, and safety compliance.
• Paint, weld, or fabricate components as needed for repair.
• Document maintenance work orders and logs per procedures.
• Assist with large equipment installations and start-ups.
