Mach10 Solutions in the United States is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our manufacturing team, contributing to high-quality metal assemblies and rigorous safety standards.

You will operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment, read blueprints and manufacturing orders, and collaborate with teammates to maintain production flow while keeping precision and efficiency at the forefront.

We are seeking a dedicated Welder to join our manufacturing team, where you will play a vital role in constructing high-quality metal assemblies. You will utilize your technical expertise to perform precise welding tasks, ensuring our products meet rigorous structural and safety standards while contributing to efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality welds on flat, vertical, and overhead surfaces to meet production targets.
• Configure welding equipment, including adjusting gas flow, voltage, amperage, and wire speed for optimal performance.
• Prepare metal components by grinding, filing, or scraping to remove burrs and ensure clean, smooth surfaces.
• Verify the accuracy of finished work by comparing components against templates and blueprints.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following all established safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to move materials and handle large assemblies efficiently.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proficiency in operating various pneumatic power tools and welding equipment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing orders.
• Strong mathematical skills, specifically the ability to read a tape measure with precision.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering heavy parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
• Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques.
• Aptitude for identifying process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and retain complex technical information quickly.
