A leading industrial maintenance contractor in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical teams on large-scale projects. Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, and client relations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of experience in construction and project management. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and project management.
• PE credentialing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities for projects.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Maintain liaison with prime clients.
• Prepare project reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor construction to ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
