Job summary

Cleanwater1, Inc. and Velocity Dynamics, LLC are seeking a Mechanical Assembler for the Grain Valley, Missouri facility.

The role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components per engineered drawings, running conduit, and supporting production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in industrial production or maintenance, can read shop drawings and electrical schematics, and is proficient with basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years’ experience in industrial production or maintenance.
• Experience in fabrication of mechanical and plumbing components.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components per drawings and procedures.
• Read and interpret instructions and drawings; ask clarifying questions.
• Operate saws, threaders and paint equipment; install conduit as needed.
• Package, ship and prepare products for delivery in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot assemblies with the Service department as needed.
