Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical repair experience in a heavy industrial setting
• HS Diploma or GED accepted; technical schooling preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including engines and production machines
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs
• Dismantle and replace defective parts and install components
• Adjust devices and control instruments and calibrate as needed
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with OEM specs and regulations
• Operate Preventive Maintenance program and document work orders
