Job summary

Ecore-International in Ozark, AL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to diagnose malfunctions, dismantle equipment, replace parts, and restore machines to peak performance.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot PLCs, NC/CNC controls, and power distribution, maintain facilities, install new equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure safe operation in a high-heat, dusty manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions, dismantle equipment, replace or fabricate parts, and restore machinery to optimal performance.
• Execute scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently before problems arise.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware/software, NC/CNC controls, power distribution systems, and electro-mechanical circuits using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, and grounds.
• Install new equipment, run conduit and wiring, interpret blueprints, and commission systems for safe operation.

WhatYou'llDo:

WorkEnvironment&PhysicalDemands:

Thisroleoperatesin ahigh-heat,dusty, andnoisymanufacturingsetting.Mustbecomfortableworkinginanindustrialenvironment.Expectprolongedstanding, repetitivemovements, andlifting upto130lbs. PPEprovided.
