Job summary

Boulder Connect in Morrilton, Arkansas is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance & Repair Technician to support mill operations. You will perform hands-on maintenance and repair, inspect and troubleshoot machines, and keep motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and pumps operating smoothly.

You will use diagrams and manufacturer specifications for precision millwright work, and carry out welding, rigging, and pipefitting as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Competence in millwright maintenance practices and precision mechanical work.
