Job summary

Quality Talent Group partners with a global building automation and industrial technology client seeking a safety‑driven laborer for on-site assignments in Firestone, CO. You will move materials, load and deliver, operate basic shovels or simple equipment, and perform light maintenance while following health, safety, and PPE protocols.

Ideal candidates bring at least a year of experience in construction, mining, or manufacturing, and a strong commitment to environmental and workforce policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant.
• Loads and delivers materials.
• Performs light maintenance; lubricates parts.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety, environmental, compliance and HR policies and procedures.
