A leading industrial company in Davenport is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will provide maintenance and repairs on vital systems including refrigeration and boilers. Qualified candidates should have good mechanical skills, experience with electrical systems, and a commitment to safety. The position requires working both independently and as part of a team. A technical degree or 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred. A probationary period for skills assessment will apply.
Qualifications
Good working knowledge in mechanical systems.
Experience with electrical and control systems (low voltage distribution, motor controls).
Basic Welding Knowledge.
Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
Proficient in basic computer use (MS Office products).
Good safety record with experience in maintenance.
Responsibilities
Provide safe maintenance/repair for various systems.
Operate and maintain refrigeration and boiler systems.
Apply root cause methodology for repairs.
Skills
