Job summary

Mural-Group in Dickson, TN is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a night shift in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation. You will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, working knowledge of PLCs (no programming), and the ability to read schematics and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of PLCs (no programming access), motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Comfortable working independently on night shift.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support a high‑volume manufacturing operation. This is a night shift role in a fast‑paced environment where uptime is critical. The ideal candidate is strong electrically, capable of troubleshooting down to the PLC level, and comfortable handling both reactive and preventive maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production equipment

• Troubleshoot control systems and PLC-driven machinery (no programming required)

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability

• Support repairs on motors, drives, sensors, and related components

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Mechanically capable (bearings, alignment, general repairs)
