Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our retail distribution and store-support equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, document work in a CMMS, and partner with operations teams.
