Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; advanced technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic electrical and mechanical systems understanding.
• Experience reading pneumatic diagrams and blueprints.
• PLC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, adjust, repair, rebuild, and assemble production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, as well as scheduled maintenance during machine service windows.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Dismantle and replace manufacturing equipment using layout plans, blueprints, and repair manuals.
• Perform a variety of plumbing and carpentry maintenance functions for facility upkeep.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Detect faulty operations and defective materials, promptly reporting unusual situations to supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by strictly complying with procedures, rules, and PPE regulations.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service.
• Update inventories and other maintenance supplies as needed.
