Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Alexandria, LA. The role focuses on electrical control systems, PLCs, inverter drives, and mechanical troubleshooting within a busy linen services facility.

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor daily readings, respond to calls, repair equipment, and assist in training staff. Mid shift hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, with a pace that requires teamwork and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays.
• Keen acumen relating to safety and quality.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
