Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support industrial machinery through installation, maintenance, and repair. You will perform preventative maintenance, program PLCs, and maintain logs while coordinating with Production and Management.

The role requires multi-skill capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with an emphasis on safety, blueprints, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Post-secondary training or journeyman-like experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 30 pounds; good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Write, maintain, and follow SOPs and JSAs.
• Program PLCs and maintain logs for maintenance activity.
• Collaborate with Production and Management; train others as needed.
• Order tools and spare parts; ensure tools are safe and organized.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
