Job summary

A leading service provider in the industrial sector in Baytown, Texas is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will support daily operations by maintaining and repairing essential equipment, including plumbing, electrical systems, and automated machinery. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and proficiency in electrical schematics. Opportunities for growth and competitive pay are offered. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, especially in automated environments.
• Familiarity with PLC software for diagnosing and debugging machinery.
• Must be able to follow procedures and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs across multiple warehouse locations.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on filling systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and machinery malfunctions.
• Manage CMMS for maintenance scheduling.

Skills

Plant electrical knowledge (220-480 volt)

Industrial maintenance experience with automated production

Reading electrical schematics and blueprints

Ladder Logic and industrial control circuits

Knowledge of pumps, compressors, and motor control systems

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to pass drug screen and background check

Fluent in English
