Job summary

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in New Lenox, IL to ensure corrugating equipment runs reliably for production demands. The role offers $36-44/hr DOE with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and reading blueprints to support a safe, efficient plant environment.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and automation is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
Commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ensure optimal equipment performance to minimize downtime
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Work collaboratively with production teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
