Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the overnight shift (Mon-Fri 9:30pm-5:30am) to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly. The ideal candidate will diagnose complex issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and work independently with a strong multi-craft skill set.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong multi-craft troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues involving PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and industrial control systems.
• Repair and maintain gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and other components.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS work orders.
• Follow OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company safety standards.

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician-Overnight (Mon-Fri 9:30pm-5:30 am) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, including coil coating lines, coil slitting lines, and automated production machinery.

The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-craft technician with strong mechanical, electrical, and industrial controls experience. We are looking for an inquisitive, proactive problem-solver who can work independently, diagnose complex equipment issues, and minimize production downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong multi-craft troubleshooting skills, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on experience with, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial automation.
• Working knowledge of and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial production machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an inquisitive, proactive, and self-starting attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work the overnight shift, 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM.
