Job summary

Openings are direct hire or temp-to-perm with 100% onsite work. Compensation includes a contract pay rate of $25–$35 per hour or direct hire salary of $50,000–$70,000 annually, with overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or related technical field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits and electronic control systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machinery.
• Develop and execute maintenance procedures to support equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical supply lines, circuits, and components.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic control systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair piping and tubing systems.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic controls and systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure safe operation.
