Job summary

Red River Brick is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations at our Union City, OK facility. You will maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and reliable production.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and PLC-controlled equipment, with welding, machining, pipe fitting, and general maintenance tasks. Night shift 7:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary technical training preferred.
• 3–4 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment throughout the plant
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled and automated manufacturing equipment
• Service, adjust, and test machinery, moving parts, and other plant equipment
• Perform general plant maintenance using hand and power tools
• Assist with welding, machining, pipe fitting, fabrication, and other maintenance activities as needed
• Inspect equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues
• Install, align, balance, and maintain new and existing equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned
