Job summary

Hanwha Materials Savannah LLC in Midway, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician (Millwright / Mechanic / Electrician) to support a 24/7 operation. The role requires hands-on maintenance of hydraulic forge presses, furnaces, cranes, CNC machines, and related equipment.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, and document inspections. A clean safety record and ability to work rotating days/nights are essential; serious applicants with diverse maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year maintenance experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic forge presses, CNC machines, water jets, or related equipment is favorable.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and engineering instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per PM program.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues causing equipment failures.
• Operate heavy machinery safely (forklifts, booms, scissors).
• Repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses and related components.
• Document inspections, observations and repairs on equipment records.
• Follow safety policies and maintain organized work area.
