You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, reading schematics and maintenance documents while documenting work in the CMMS. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience maintaining conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, shafts, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and experience documenting work activities.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and procedures.

Now Hiring for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts At Plant 4 in Dalton, GA, we're looking for skilled maintenance professionals to help keep our manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. We welcome candidates with maintenance, mechanical, electrical, automation, or multi-craft backgrounds who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Whether your experience is primarily mechanical, electrical, or a blend of both, we offer opportunities to apply your skills while continuing to grow your career in industrial maintenance.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.

Maintenance Technician Candidates Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance environments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience maintaining conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, shafts, pumps, and related equipment.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and maintenance documentation.
  • Basic computer skills and experience documenting work activities.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Welding, fabrication, machining, or equipment modification experience.
  • Experience using a CMMS.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Technical certifications or industrial maintenance training.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Electrician Candidates Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems.
  • Experience working with motors, motor controls, drives, power distribution equipment, and electrical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety practices, including NFPA 70E principles and arc flash awareness.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with PLCs, automation systems, robotics, or industrial controls.
  • Experience programming or troubleshooting PLC systems.
  • Experience with AC/DC drives, motion control systems, and HMI platforms.
  • Technical school, apprenticeship, journeyman training, or industrial electrical certifications.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing automation projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Predictive maintenance experience utilizing infrared, ultrasound, or diagnostic technologies.
Safety Requirements Successful candidates should be familiar with:
