Job summary

PSI Group, Inc. in McAdoo, PA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep high-speed corrugated equipment running and meet production goals. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain die cutters and folder-gluers, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and a safety-focused mindset. Weekend/overtime readiness and a core schedule (Mon-Thu 6:00am–3:30pm and Fri 6:00am–10:00am) may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in corrugated or high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure with repairs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

POSITION SUMMARY

The PSI Group, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our McAdoo, PA location. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation. Your expertise will keep our high-speed equipment such as die cutters, and folder-gluers running smoothly, ensuring we meet production goals without compromising quality. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment so our team can deliver on time, every time—making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on corrugated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Collaborate with production teams to quickly resolve breakdowns and keep lines moving.
• Install, align, and calibrate new machinery and components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and plant efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in corrugated or high-speed manufacturing environments and/or certifications in related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial electrical systems - working with voltages up to 480
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting under pressure and prioritizing repairs.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work the the core schedule of Monday through Thursday 6:00am to 3:30p and Friday 6:00am to 10:00am and weekends or overtime when needed and required
• Safety First Mentality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preferred with welding and fabrication.
