Job summary

Cambria in Indiana is seeking a maintenance technician to keep facilities safe, clean, and fully operational. You will monitor, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on shop machines and equipment to prevent downtime and address issues promptly.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with teams to sustain high readiness of production and support systems; forklift and overhead crane certifications may be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain production and support equipment (electrical, control and mechanical).
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Manage the preventative maintenance schedule and complete work orders as scheduled.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
