D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across sawmills, steel mills, concrete plants, and other industrial facilities.

You will work independently and with a team, read blueprints, perform preventative maintenance, and document results. Travel to various job sites is required, with exposure to a wide range of equipment and environments.

Qualifications

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position involves working at a variety of industrial facilities, including sawmills, steel mills, concrete plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industrial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment while providing safe, high-quality workmanship.

This is a hands-on field position requiring mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and systems.
• Install, service, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions.

• Experience in industrial maintenance, millwright work, mechanical maintenance, or a related trade .
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Required Tools

Candidates are expected to provide and maintain their own personal hand tools, including but not limited to:

• Impact gun(s)
• Socket sets
• Combination wrench sets
• Adjustable wrenches
• Pliers and specialty hand tools
• Tape measure
• Allen/Hex key sets
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting tools

Travel Requirements

• Travel may be required depending on project and customer needs.
• Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
• Per diem and travel accommodations will be provided when applicable.

Certifications (Not Required)

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• MSHA Certification
• Forklift Certification
• Aerial Lift Certification
• First Aid/CPR
• Millwright, Pipefitter, Welder, or related trade experience
