Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Minnesota is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician – Level 2 to independently diagnose and repair a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance and mentor Level 1 technicians.

The role requires 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or vocational training preferred.
• Typically 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process problems.
• Determine root causes of recurring failures and implement solutions.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Communicate repair schedules with area supervisors.
• Supervise vendors and 3rd party technicians visiting an AFS location.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and startups.
• Document maintenance work orders and processes.
