Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility, repairing and maintaining equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and conveyors. You will perform preventive maintenance and assist with safety improvements, housekeeping, and inventory control.

The role emphasizes reading maintenance literature in English, blueprint literacy, and basic Microsoft Office skills, with a typical full-time schedule and a shift labeled as #INDT1.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems and components (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Resolve safety concerns and maintain housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory and maintain maintenance records.
