Job summary

Mueller Fittings Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair high-speed production equipment, ensuring uptime and safety on the shop floor. You will monitor reliability, perform PMs, and execute timely repairs during down-time to keep production running as designed.

Responsibilities include repairing components, troubleshooting hydraulic pumps, wiring motors, reading schematics, and adhering to safety rules. Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Hydraulic, Pneumatics and Electric.
• Willing and able to provide your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and install components such as seals, bearings, O-rings, belts, and gears.
• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, or replace hydraulic pumps.
• Fabricate guards; replace and wire electric motors and drives.
• Read electrical schematics.
• Work with little supervision.
• Follow plant safety rules and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping of the maintenance shop.
• Occasionally work different shifts, weekends, and overtime.
