Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a hands-on role focused on repairs, installations and preventative maintenance. You will work with the maintenance manager and supervisor to complete work orders, troubleshoot machinery and ensure safety and compliance with GMP and ISO9001 standards.

The role requires independence to manage tasks, plus strong communication with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a maintenance mechanic in a metal manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP ISO9001 standards is preferred.
• Experience with welding, cutting and various hand tools is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair high-speed packaging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs, equipment installation and repair per work orders.
• Operate and log in CMMS, track labor and parts per policy.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; follow environmental regulations.
• Work with minimal supervision and communicate with team on tasks.
